Refunds & Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any piece bought whether stock or bespoke, please get in touch and we would love to work with you to rectify the issue. This would be the first stage of trying to resolve a problem. If there is a sizing issue on our part we will offer one free resize, if the issue is from the customers size given there will be an extra £40 minimum depending on the piece for a resize.

If things cannot be resolved we can offer a refund on undamaged stock items only if they haven’t already been resized.

For bespoke work we cannot offer refunds. Once pieces have been agreed and we have done the work payment and delivery are due. No refunds are available.
